Generally, the temperature error of the pressure part is not more than 0.1%/ degree, so the total temperature influence of the diaphragm pressure gauge is generally the sum of the temperature influence of the general instrument and the temperature influence of the diaphragm device.
Verify Before installing the diaphragm pressure gauge, the model, diaphragm material and measuring range must be carefully checked to check whether the diaphragm is bruised. When there is no pressure, the pressure instrument indicates whether it is in the zero position, and at the same time, find out the reason, re-adjust, and verify that it can be used. The diaphragm device of the diaphragm pressure gauge is generally flanged, and the matching pressure joint can be prepared according to the size and model of the flange. The corresponding flange and the universal pressure gauge joint can be processed on site. This is also the most direct and convenient way.
2、In the process of fixing the calibrated diaphragm pressure gauge on the standard calibration table, pay attention to: Handle gently, do not hurt the diaphragm, when using a wrench to rotate the diaphragm pressure gauge, the wrench must be stuck on the connection nut of the diaphragm device, rather than stuck on the universal pressure gauge, because the universal pressure gauge on the instrument and the diaphragm device is a sealed system shall not be disassembled or replaced at will, so as to avoid the leakage of the working liquid filled inside the system. And affect the use of performance and even scrap.
3、In the process of pressure boost, compared with the standard table, if it is out of whack, first check whether there is oil leakage, sealing and other problems, such as oil leakage, bad sealing can only be returned to the factory for treatment or scrap; If it is not the above case, then you can remove the indicator needle and re-set the indicator needle. Long-term experience is that it is reasonable to re-set the needle at 1/2 of the range when setting the needle. If it is still out of order, it can only be degraded or scrapped.
